Redmi India today presented the world its new budget smartphone Redmi Y3. This is the next Y2 model, the Y series is sold only in India, in the global sale the smartphone is called Redmi S2.
The main feature of the new devices is the front selfie camera. Redmi used the front lens provided by Samsung, model S5KGD1 which has 32 MP resolution. The smartphone is aimed mainly at the younger community which will surely attract a large amount of MP in the front camera, as well as beauty filters and photo retouching capabilities. The camera at the back is 12 MP + 2 MP which is able to record in Full HD quality in 60 frames per second, unfortunately only has electronic image stabilization.
The Redmi Y3 has a diagonal 6,26 inch screen. Its appearance resembles Redmi Note 7, the body of the device has been preserved from the previous, successful construction. Battery capacity in Y3 is a big upgrade to the Redmi Y2 in which there was a battery with 3080 mAh capacity. In the new version Redmi has placed inside the fire with the capacity of 4000 mAh which translates to 40 hours of telephone connection or 18 days in standby mode. In practice, this means more than a day on a single charge. The processor is an octa-core system from Qualcomm, model Snapdragon 632 clocked at 1.8 GHz. If you use two SIM cards, there is no problem, there is support for Dual SIM (nano + nano + microSD).
